Using the Export Wizard to deliver targeted presentations

You've been given a whopping presentation to cover every eventuality when visiting your customers and prospects but what do you actually give them when they ask the inevitable question "can we have a copy of the presentation"?

The answer is incredibly simple.  Give them what you showed them but deliver it securely and make sure you don't leave highly confidential slides in the deck.

But a simple answer does not always have a simple solution and that's where the Slide Confidentiality and Export Wizard features of ActivePresentation Designer make their entrance.

Using the Slide Confidentiality feature, the author of the presentation can set the confidentiality level to low, medium or high for each slide.  They then enable the Export Wizard and when the presenter completes their slide show, this is what they see:

The list on the left is the full set of slides in the presentation but the clever stuff is the list on the right which is the subset of slides that were presented during the slide show session.

The presenter can add or remove slides to or from this export subset and when they are ready, they can create a custom export to give to their audience immediately after the presentation has finished.  The file is password secured with the company name to prevent intellectual property from being freely circulated.

And what about the Slide Confidentiality?  The wizard automatically deletes any slides marked as high and will give the presenter the option to keep or remove those marked as medium.  All other slides are automatically exported.

Take a look at this short tutorial video to see it in action.
